Meet your guide:
My name is Michelle Casazza and I’m a life coach, community builder and sailor. My journey has been a fusion of business, spiritual, and sailing adventures taking me around the world and back again.
Sailing was meant to be a brief hiatus following a particularly stressful and toxic chapter in my corporate job. Three years later, I realized I was on an unintentional healing journey. I was transformed by spending time on (and in) the water, being held by my sailing community and facing my fears.
