My name is Michelle Casazza and I’m passionate about empowering women.
I’m a business & life coach, keynote speaker, divine feminine leader and sailor. After reaching corporate burn-out in a male-dominated environment, I set sail searching for balance. Water became my healer, and sailing my community. Matria was born from the inner-knowing that we need societal shifts to support women in the workplace.
Through Matria, I’m merging my decade+ of business experience, passion for coaching and love for sailing to guide women into authentic and aligned lives.
